Dennis Cassella comes from a family of musicians. At an early age he began playing the trumpet and french horn. He quickly realized however that his first love was guitar. Dennis has studied at Millersville University where he studied music education with an emphasis on guitar pedagogy. Dennis has taught for more than twenty years and performed all over the United States and Canada. He has opened for such acts the Tramps and many others. He worked for ten years as a studio musician at Caprice International Records and released his first recording project there.
Dennis has studied and taught many styles of music from classical to jazz to rock and roll to a wide range of students and believes that no one method is appropriate for all students and customizes his lessons to the student while still maintaining the need to teach the core elements of technique and theory.
